Heart Facilities have seen rapid growth and success in the expansion of their cleaning contracts and cleaning team. With rapid growth, we performed a digital transformation project to:

• Design and build a new website using a Content Management System (CMS)
• Capture organic traffic for Heart Facilities' key target locations, and help them break into new locations
• Build a web app capable of capturing and tracking recruitment applications.

We've built Heart Facilities on our preferred Content Management System (CMS), ExpressionEngine. The office team updates the site without any knowledge of coding required. 

Capturing traffic for cleaning services across the Thames Valley, each lead is recorded, stored and tracked from prospecting to sale.

Mobile-first as standard, additional functionality of the Heart Facilities website includes:

• Campaign Tracking - Leads are tracked based on their location, service required and telephone number dialled
• Hubspot Integration - Integrated with Hubspot CRM, allowing the Sales team to process incoming leads through their sales funnel.

We helped Heart Facilities get on top of their busy recruitment process by building a custom recruitment system, a multi-step approach that manages candidates progress throughout the recruitment process.

• Initial Enquiry System - Candidates register their interest on the Heart Facilities website; this opens a candidate record in the Heartbeat dashboard
• Candidate Review - Initial applications are reviewed by the office team, in one click they can progress or end an open application
• Full Application - Candidates are sent an email and SMS with a link to continue a full application and digitally supply their identity documents - all existing information is pre-populated
• Onboarding - Once a full application is submitted, the Operations, Finance, and Recruitment team are notified with the required information to start employee onboarding.
